RETURN POLICY / REFUND POLICY
You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date the item is delivered to you, subject to the terms and conditions below. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days from the date of delivery except for extreme circumstances.
If it has been at least 30 days/4 weeks from the date of placing your order please reach out to support@awarenessoutlet.com so that we can take a look and provide you with an update on your order because it may have already been shipped or there may be a delay with our shipments.
If it has been at least 30 days from the date your order was shipped and you still have not received your package please reach out to support so that we may investigate the issue and either provide you with replacements or a refund because your order has been lost during transit. This is, unfortunately, not something that we have any control over and happens sometimes, but we are more than happy to compensate you if it does happen. You must reach out to our support staff prior to 90 days from your order date or your shipping date in order for us to be able to provide you with any type of compensation, after 90 days you will no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Unless the item is defective, you may only be eligible for a partial refund. This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time, without notice. Please review the Refund Policy at support@awarenessoutlet.com for any changes or updates.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless an item is returned because of our error, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible or liable for returns that are not delivered to us or are lost in transit.

EXCHANGES OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Items that are delivered to you defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same item only. If your item is delivered defective or damaged, email us at support@awarenessoutlet.com and we will take care of you.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES POLICY
You may reach out to support@awarenessoutlet.com for any cancellation or change requests. Please keep in mind that we are not able to cancel orders that have already been shipped or make changes to these orders.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES AFTER 24 HOURS
The items listed below cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours from purchase:

PARTIAL REFUNDS
The following items may be returned at our discretion for a partial refund:
-- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUND PROCESSING
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your bank’s or credit card issuer’s refund processing may impact the timing of your refund. Allow up to five business days to see the credit hit your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund after being notified that a refund would be issued, first check your bank account or credit card again and then reach back out to us at support@awarenessoutlet.com. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card issuer.
If your bank or credit card issuer has not processed your refund after 30 days, please contact support@awarenessoutlet.com
