Membership benefits are subject to change. Any changes to benefits will be communicated via email and reflected on this page.

27-Day Free Trial

If you do not cancel before the end of your 7-day trial period, your membership will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at $19.95/month, charged to the payment method on file.

To cancel during your free trial, log into your account at awareness-outlet.com or email us at support@awarenessoutlet.com before the trial ends.

Free trials are available to new members only and may not be combined with other promotional offers. Awareness Outlet reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

3Membership Fee & Billing

The standard Awareness Family membership fee is $19.95 per month. Your membership begins on the date of purchase (or at the end of your free trial, if applicable) and renews automatically each month on the same date.

Discounted membership rates may be offered through special one-time promotions. If you signed up at a discounted rate, that rate will be billed monthly as agreed until you cancel.

You accept responsibility for all recurring charges processed prior to cancellation, including any charges processed after the expiration date of your payment card. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.

4Automatic Monthly Renewal

All memberships renew automatically for successive one-month periods until you cancel. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that:

• You will be charged $19.95/month (or your agreed discounted rate) on your renewal date each month.
• Charges will continue until you request cancellation.
• You are responsible for all charges processed before your cancellation takes effect.

5Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time — no fees, no penalties, no questions asked. To cancel:

• Log into your account at awareness-outlet.com and manage your subscription, or
• Email us at support@awarenessoutlet.com and we will process your cancellation promptly.

Membership fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Your membership benefits will remain active through the end of the current paid period. After that, your membership will not renew and you will no longer be charged.

Upon cancellation, access to members-only pricing, the private collection, the Facebook group, and the video library will end at the close of your current billing period.

6Termination by Awareness Outlet

Awareness Outlet reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. In the event that we terminate your membership without cause, your membership fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis as of the termination date.

Memberships may be terminated without refund in cases of abuse, fraud, violation of our Terms of Service, or misuse of membership benefits.

7Changes to These Terms

These membership terms apply to all memberships purchased at AwarenessOutlet.com and are subject to change at any time. The membership terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply throughout your initial membership period.

If these terms are amended, the updated terms will apply to your membership beginning on your next renewal date. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of your membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Your Awareness Outlet membership and use thereof is subject to AwarenessOutlet.com's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which are available at AwarenessOutlet.com.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Awareness Outlet with respect to your membership and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
